A community music Program at Grace Lutheran Church:

Have you been blessed with musical talents?

We welcome all genres that celebrate the goodness of God. Contact us at Grace Lutheran Church and let us know what 2- or 3-minute piece you would like to offer (virtually or in-person) during worship service at Grace.

Sunday, March 19th - Fourth Sunday in Lent:

Baptism is sometimes called enlightenment. The gospel for this Sunday is the story of the man born blind healed by Christ. “I was blind, now I see,” declares the man. In baptism God opens our eyes to see the truth of who we are: God’s beloved children. As David was anointed king of Israel, in baptism God anoints our head with oil, and calls us to bear witness to the light of Christ in our daily lives.

                           Adult Bible Class

As of Sunday, March 5th and continuing every other Sunday until the end of April, a series of adult bible classes on “Men and Women of Faith in the Book of Genesis” will be held in the Choir Room following worship.  Sessions led by Paul Buelow will look at the lives and personalities of people such as Abraham and Sarah; Isaac and Rebekah; Jacob, Rachel and Esau; and Jacob’s twelve sons and daughter Dinah. Attention will be given to historical and cultural contexts as we try to understand how God uses human beings in his plan of salvation.  All are welcome.

The Sacred in the Ordinary.
On Wednesday, March 22, our reflections
will center on Shoes.  What does the cross
have to do with Jesus on his way of the cross?
What does the cross have to do with us?
